When Flagler launched the Palm Beach social scene, what did he serve his guests? Almost certainly, they drank punch. In honor of the Golden Age, the HMF bartending team has crafted a punch worthy of it’s namesake — meet the Flagler Punch.

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- Equal Parts Pineapple Juice and Grapefruit Juice
- ¾ oz Local Honey
- ¾ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Grenadine
How to:
In a shaker, combine Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Rosemary, Honey and Vanilla Simple Syrup. Muddle, add ice and shake. Strain into Beer Pilsner over fresh ice. Add equal parts Pineapple Juice and Grapefruit Juice. Top with Club Soda and float with Grenadine. Garnish with Orange Cherry Flag and serve with a smile!
