Moët & Chandon “Grand Vintage” Brut Champagne, Épernay, France, 2006
A blend of 43% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Meunier, this bubbly has notes of lemon, toasted brioche and yellow apple. Hints of yellow flower and chamomile add to the succulent, creamy and rich profile.
We serve this delectable Champagne to guests staying at the Flagler Club, The Breakers’ boutique hotel experience.
Mumm “Cuvée R. Lalou” Champagne, Reims, France, 2002
This Prestige Cuvée was made as a tribute to René Lalou, master winemaker and chairman of G. H. Mumm for more than half a century. This elegant Champagne is made from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in some of the most legendary Grand Cru Vineyards of the region. Full bodied flavors of nougat, orange blossom and honey are followed by a crisp, clean finish.
